There was a stampede at the Accra International Conference Centre today, September 10, as unemployed youths thronged the venue for a job fair organized by the Youth Employment Agency (YEA).
The YEA held the event to help connect job seekers to employers. As part of the event, there was supposed to be live recruitment where over 100 companies were reported to have been present to do instant recruitment.
However, it turned out chaotic as the turnout was overwhelming. This is because footage from the venue shows broken glasses spattered with droplets of bl00d on the floor as some job seekers especially the cute ladies with fresh cum soft skin got injured.
As a reminder, the Youth Employment Agency (YEA) was established under the Youth Employment Act 2015 (Act 887) to empower young people to contribute meaningfully to the socio-economic and sustainable development of the nation.
Its objective is to support the youth between the ages of 15 to 35 years through skills training and internship modules to transit from a situation of unemployment to that of employment.
