Photo of Lionel Messi’s branded sachet water produced in Ghana causes stir online » GhBase•com™

Inspired by Lionel Messi’s unexpected move to French giants Paris Saint Germain (PSG), a Ghanaian small-scale company has produced sachet water (also called pure water in the local parlance) that has the image of the mercurial player embossed on it.

Since this new development hit online, it has stirred massive reactions and perhaps the answer to this is not far-fetched.

The packaging is awful (we are not saying this, it’s a collection of the unanimous consensus netizens reached) because the image of Messi and PSG’s on the product logo looks rather awkward.

Lionel Messi officially joined Paris Saint-Germain on a two-year contract, after leaving Barcelona. The six-time Ballon d’Or winner has chosen to move to the French club on a deal worth £25m per year after tax, plus bonuses, following his Barcelona exit weeks ago.
